I have received planning permission for my house and I intend to start building immediately, can you offer advice?
Today people are a lot more price conscious. Good planning will save money! The kitchen is the heart of your home so we want it to be perfect for you. Architects design houses and most of them have poor knowledge of kitchens. We have over 25 years experience under our belts and believe we are the experts. First of all think about what type of appliances you would like within your kitchen. Double oven, Single Oven, Rangemaster, American Fridge / Freezer, Integrated Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, etc.
When you have this process completed, get a drawing and quotation of your kitchen. Most kitchen companies do not release their drawings without financial commitment from their customers. The kitchen companies that release their drawings without financial commitment usually are the lower end of the market and do not offer any advise or expertise towards this vital area of your kitchen.
We understand that a large deposit months before your kitchen is ready to order seems unjust therefore 3D Kitchens and Wardrobes release their drawings with a payment of 10% of the overall spend of your kitchen. After this payment is made we will liaise with Architects, Builders, Electricians, Plumbers, etc. to ensure that there will be no “snags” within your kitchen.
The amount of times we have seen sockets, Isolation switches, Lighting points, Water Pipes, etc installed in the wrong locations is endless and you the customer will pay the bill to change the location of these. This is why deciding upon your kitchen supplier before early is key to saving money.
